Available for both men and women. Progressive lifting program that maxes out at 6 athletes. A combination of traditional and Olympic lifts.

This is for two friends with the same goals in mind. Want to workout together, but don't want to be in a group? You and your buddy can train together with your own coach and time that works for you both. Check with us for available times.
