8 Week Program

This program opens for new spots once every 8 weeks. We teach you proper warm ups for your body and progress weight training for your needs.

We focus on technique and progressive overload training.

Meal Planning and macros done for you, on top of weekly scans on our Inbody machine to help keep you accountable.

3 days a week of our Semi Privates and 1 day of our Boxing Bootcamp class.

5:50AM & 7AM

Monday: Legs (Quad Focus)

Tuesday: Active Recovery (Walk/Hike/Sports)

Wednesday: Upper Body

Thursday: Legs (Glutes/Hamstring Focus)

Friday or Saturday you have access to our Boxing Bootcamp Class

Buddy Sessions

This is for two friends with the same goals in mind. Want to workout together, but don't want to be in a group? You and your buddy can train together with your own coach and time that works for you both. Check with us for available times.
